Always on the lookout to know, reveal, understand and transmit; I studied to perfect my knowledge and built, with my partners, an international network through embassies, chambers of commerce, and public and/or private governments. As founder of B3ref-Brokers, I have over 20 years of experience in international coaching, leadership, management & consulting services. We dedicate our time and efforts to finding quality consulting and trading services and new - next-generation - interesting services so that our partners can stay competitive and ahead of the game. 64 years old, married to Domingas Gomes Pereira Jacoby, father and stepfather of six children (Amanda, Juliana, Jordana, Jefferson, Noemi & Jade), I started my career in the financial and real estate fields. I then became interested in management and leadership. This training led me to the specialization of individual and group coaching. Moreover, the attraction for new technologies (vertical farms, pyrolysis, gasification, etc...) and the will to promote them have naturally led me to trade, international trade, and import-export. This today, has become my hobby horse.
